I am very grateful for having had the opportunity to be coached by Ivania!  She is friendly, empathetic, caring, professional, a good listener, non-judgemental, inspiring and fun!  I felt she created a safe space which in turn really helped me to speak freely so that I could get the most of our time together.  And during this time I learned to start shifting my mindset form negative to positive.  Her powerful questions had me digging deep and gaining a much greater understanding of myself.  The exercises that she guided me through helped me see that I can handle situations differently than I have in the past by thinking differently about them.  As a result I feel stronger, more confident, empowered and I accept myself as I am today!  This has had a great positive impact in relationship with myself and others.  I am excited for my future!  Again, I am grateful to have had Ivania be a part of my journey!  Thank you!
